Employers can sign up by visiting the registration page and creating a company profile. After registering, you’ll be able to post job openings, search for candidates, and engage with talent that meets your needs.

Registering and using YoWDO Connect as an employer is completely free.

We provide resources to help you create an inclusive recruitment process, including guidelines for onboarding and accommodating employees with disabilities. Offers Disability inclusion awareness training to employers on to create their awareness and assist on how to make their workplace disability inclusive. Our support team is also available to assist with any questions you may have.

Once registered, you can log in to your employer account, navigate to the “Post a Job” section, and fill in the job details. Your post will be visible to job seekers after it’s approved.
